May’s Rest of the World Player of the Month is Mitch Hallbrook who after a quiet start to the season has hit real form this last month with 14 points in 8 rounds currently playing off a handicap of 11.

Q: Mitch, you have had a fantastic month, is there any one thing that has helped your form?
A: I started off this season with a bad knee. I had surgery in February and it has taken me almost up until now to get my swinging form back. I was not able to put any weight on my left knee but now I can.

Q: How long have you been a Flying Club Swinger and what’s been your best season so far?
A: I have been in the Club now for over 2 years and this season is the seems to be the best so far. Looking forward to breaking the 80 score soon.

Q: If you could play a Swingers match play against any player who would it be?
A: I am not sure of any one person in the Club I would like to play in a match, there a so many good players this year. It seems after last years  finals, I am not to good in match play.

Q: Why should other Swingers challenge you to a match play at your local club?
A: A challenge from any Club member to play me on my home course would be fun. I believe I would have the advantage, just as they would on their home course. I know the course and where to hit and not hit the ball.

Q: What is your dream Swingers final venue?
A: I would love to see a final venue played over here in the Orlando area. I know for a fact that Virgin Atlantic brings alot of people over to see Mickey Mouse. Orlando has some very good courses.
