Funniest/Most Embarassing Golf Moment:
I've just had my first ever Hole in 1 at my home club, Portal Championship in Cheshire. Got it on Saturday 29th January 2011 on the Par 3 196 yard 5th Hole. I have been a member there for 17 years and got close on several occasions. Never thought I would get there but now I'm on the board! Looking forward to my next one. Hope it's not another 17 years away !
That hole in one got me 4 stableford points on the Par 3. The very next day , I played the course again and got a similar mix. This time I holed out in 4 for just 1 point. Funny old game !!
